At New Lost City, every piece is part of a limited-run drop. We design, print, and ship intentionally — not mass-produced. Because of that, we handle returns a little differently than big-box brands.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unworn

Item must be unwashed

Item must be in original condition

Item must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Include your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Limited Drops & Final Sale Items
Because many of our pieces are limited-run releases, some items may be marked:
FINAL SALE – Not eligible for return or exchange
These items cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

Damaged in transit

Incorrect item sent
If you need a different size and inventory is still available, contact us and we’ll do our best — but we cannot guarantee exchanges on limited drops.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Include photos of the issue

Include your order number
We’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll be notified via email

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
