At New Lost City, every order supports independent artists and culture. Many of our pieces are printed in small batches from our Nashville HQ, so fulfillment may look different than large retail brands.

We appreciate your patience — quality takes intention.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

3–7 business days

During limited drops, high-demand releases, or holiday seasons, processing may take up to:

7–10 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Limited Drops & Pre-Orders

Some items may be labeled:

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items may take 2–4 weeks to ship. Estimated ship windows will be listed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or other carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider.


Lost or Stolen Packages

New Lost City is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly first.



Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • We cannot refund original shipping charges

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties charged by their country

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
